Where can I buy the wallet offline?
We can be found in markets and in retail.

Are A&K products available in retail? 
You can find us in these stores, but not all products and colors.

How long is the delivery time for my order?
We usually send the goods on the next working day, the delivery time of the shipping service provider is usually 3 working days. If a shipment has not arrived after 10 days (domestic), write us an email. Shipments abroad can take up to 6 weeks.

How are the shipping costs composed?
Some time ago we tried to send our products as mail, but on the one hand it took longer than a parcel, so that the customers were more dissatisfied, and on the other hand, shipments with more than one wallet were underinsured. That is why we send our goods as a normal parcel. Here you can find the current shipping costs.

Will the shipping costs be recalculated if I send back part of the goods for over € 70 (free shipping from € 70 within Germany).?
If the actual purchase falls below 70 €, we will charge the shipping costs.

Can the wallet get wet?
That's not a problem, our wallets are water-resistant. If they are very wet, remove the contents and let the wallet dry.
